Once upon a time, deep in the forest, there was a group of friends: a fox, a wolf, a hyena, a grizzly bear, a rabbit, and a crow. Since they had grown up together for years, they were very close and would never let any other animal speak ill of each other.
The rabbit had always felt something special for the grizzly bear. Whenever she was near him, she felt happy and safe. And the grizzly bear, too, never treated the rabbit the way he treated the others. While he was friendly to the rest, he was softer and kinder to the rabbit. This had been the case ever since they were young.
The crow would often tell the rabbit, “I think the grizzly bear likes you.” However, the fact that the grizzly bear never did anything about it saddened her deeply. Just when she would start to get her hopes up, she’d become frustrated again, unsure of what to do, as she lacked the courage to confess her feelings to him.
One day, while the rabbit was walking alone, she heard a noise. Turning around, she saw a terrifying boar running straight toward her. The boar grabbed her and took her back to his friends. They tied her up and started mocking her, calling her small and useless. The rabbit cried and cried, desperately screaming for help, but she was far from home, and none of her friends could hear her.
That same day, the grizzly bear was feeling down and restless. Unaware of anything, he decided to take a walk to clear his mind. While walking, he got lost in his thoughts. His mind was constantly on the rabbit, and he was ready to do anything to win her heart. He walked and walked until he realized he had lost his way.
As he wandered, he heard the boars laughing in the distance. Listening more carefully, he could hear the rabbit’s cries. His heart raced, and his fur stood on end. He knew something was wrong. He quickly came up with a plan and rushed into the group of boars, throwing each one aside and rescuing the rabbit. In that moment, he confessed how much he loved her, and they lived together happily ever after.
